Everything will continue working as usual, so you won't have to worry in case you need more. There are no overage fees.

When you exceed your monthly limit, we'll send you an email alert and give you enough time to find a plan that better fits your needs. However, if you don't upgrade within the grace period, new data will be rejected until your usage is back within limits. That way, you'll have enough time to react in case your website gets a lot of traffic, and you won't lose data as soon as you reach the limit.

We'll never charge you an unexpected fee, and you'll always be able to change or cancel your plan via the billing settings page.

For billing purposes, actions refer to the number of API events executed in our platform. For example, if an integration is run, either scheduled or manually, a single event will be counted towards your monthly quota. Custom actions will deduct from your quota for each sub-connection, for instance a Custom report comprised of one Export and one Canned report will result in 3 actions.

For the purposes of determining your pricing plan, we only count events in the last 30 days.

You can have two ERP systems under a single account, provided one is for production and the other is a sandbox environment. The url for your site is locked in and requires a request to Support in the case it needs to be updated.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not, under any circumstances, accept Paypal.

We use Stripe for billing, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Additionally, your payment credentials are never directly handled by or stored on our servers.

To cancel your paid subscription, simply log in, go to the billing page, and click on "Cancel" — that's all there is to it!

You can also close your account from the account settings page. Please note we automatically delete inactive user data, and your account deletion cannot be undone.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on your next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds. However, you can easily cancel at any time, and your paid subscription will no longer renew.

AI Agents are available as an add-on service to customers with an active subscription to any of our plans (Standard, Pro, or Enterprise). Due to the custom nature of these solutions, pricing is tailored to your specific requirements.
